In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in sugar, salt, oil, and half of the flour. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add remaining flour, kneading until a soft dough forms.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down dough, divide into two loaves, and place in greased bread pans.
Let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
