Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, mix well, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated chicken until cooked through.
  4. Add onion, carrot, and zucchini to the pan, and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
